It’s time to maximise your potential
Mini and junior rugby provides a fantastic foundation for a child’s rugby development. However, with large groups of players it can be hard for coaches to deliver individual sessions; often to the detriment of a child’s rugby growth.
As with any new skill, to enable them to progress further, you provide them with individual tuition. If you want your child to get better at music you get them music lessons. If you want your child to improve in English you get them a tutor.
So why should rugby be any different? If you want your child to develop their rugby skills, you need to get them individual, athlete development.
I have created a rugby programme that enables an athlete to develop and maximise their potential. The programme is built around enjoyment, player driven objectives and focuses on continual player reflection and testing.
This individual focus allows every small detail to be analysed, resulting in more accurate coaching and, most importantly, being able to perform these skills under pressure.
The main focus of the programme is to empower the athlete with a better understanding of the game and its laws, whilst maximising the empowerment & performance that will come with their new and improved skills.
I look forward to working with a selective, talented group of players who show dedication, respect and life values both on and off the pitch.

ABOUT ME
Having played sport since I was knee-high to a grasshopper, I have found myself in a multitude of game situations. These situations have, ultimately, resulted in me becoming a well-rounded and capable coach, with a broad repertoire of experience to offer.
Over the past eight years, I have enjoyed working with children and athletes of different ages, abilities and personalities; coaching internationally in Africa, France, England, Wales and the USA.
I always strive to find the best in any child or athlete and I believe in highlighting the lessons learned, in sport, to help with situations they will face later in life.
I believe that no athlete deserves to be spoken down to, that all people are equal and that even the youngest children deserve the opportunity to be treated with respect.
I don’t believe in shouting for the sake of hearing my own voice or to satisfy a need to feel powerful. There is a time and place for shouting and a time and place for silence and thought. When coaching, I focus on using the appropriate technique to benefit the team and the individual players.
In my life, both as an athlete and a coach I give all that I have, every day.
I have never lost sight of where I came from or of what my sport has done for me. That said, I acknowledge that even today, I still have much to learn.
I am always looking at ways of improving and developing and I do my best to pass this on to the players I coach.
“The day you think you are there and know it all, is the day someone else passes you, leaving you behind to swallow their dust”
