Old Halesonians Player Development Manager and Colts Head Coach

• Responsible for increasing the awareness for the Old Halesonians Rugby club in the community

• Showing existing players how to improve their skills

• Working with coaches to deliver improved training practices

• Working with coaches on weekends within junior groups to show them social interaction as well as improving fitness.

• Head Coach of the U14s and Head of the OldHalesionsAcademy.

• Assistant skills coach for the colts.

• I have been assigned to create an environment that promotes the Junior section of the club and creates a path way for Junior players into the Senior team.

• Responsible for setting up the charitable and community partners to allow for future development of the programme and sourcing funding for the Mini and Junior sections
